Kendell Kamansky, MA-CMHC

Kendell is a clinical mental health counselor offering support to adults struggling with anxiety and OCD. She specializes in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and also draws from humanistic, relational, and psychodynamic approaches to meet each client with empathy and depth. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Vermont State University in 2024 and currently practices under the supervision of Dr. Lindsay Jernigan. She offers both in-person and telehealth sessions.
